248/365 - Rich Colors of Fall (and my PC Baker)
The Pampered Chef Square Baker I ordered a couple weeks ago arrived today, delivered by my friend, Amy. I bought the baker to replace the oval baker that broke earlier this year. Pampered Chef no longer makes the oval baker (boo!), so I settled for the square one. The catalog touts the square baker as the "perfect brownie baker". We'll have to test that out this weekend :-]

I have the rectangular baker in that color. Love it!! I usually make lasagna or baked ziti in it, though tonight I made a chicken pot pie. It's amazing how much food my boys can eat!
